Silent night...yeah for sure! :D

So...we're in the middle of the holiday season and all I did until now was chillin. My dear friend +tosh orchid  kindly allowed me to stay at her place while she was with her family. So I had a relaxing day with the cat.

But the day before that we used to go on another photo-adventure at the local botanical gardens, the Botanika.

The butterflies were simply amazing, I can't get enough of watching them.

By now she is back from her parents and we just put some apple crumble into the oven. Yum!

This morning I had a little weak moment, thinking about the fact that this is already the second Christmas without my dear mom. I still miss her. Next time I'm in town, I will light a candle for her.

So...I hope you all enjoy the festive time with your loved ones and good food. I'll enjoy the rest of Christmas with Tosh, her little daughter Marie and - not to forget - Whiskey the 17 year old cat.
